Overview

Kaydu is a Startup SAAS company that provides a CRM solution to SMES companies. The main focus is to give a simple and easy solution to people that does not have strong knowledge in tech and even in marketing.

Role: Product Designer

Project objectives

1. Provide a MVP user experience to big clients like Nissan.
2. Have an online presence.
3. Increase sales and brand’s perception.
4. Effectively communicate the benefits of the company and how the Fusion can help companies is their logistics.

Methodology

1. User research. I did research online to understand the user’s needs and desires, know the market standard and get a deep understanding on how Fusion could be helpful for companies in the world.
2. Competitor analysis. I analyzed competitors in the logistics field so I could understand the concepts, user personas, marketing and details so I could design a better digital product.
3. User experience design. I created the sitemap, wireframes and mid-fidelity prototypes to have the right direction on the design.
4. Development and testing. I developed the new website on Webflow and asked users if the websites was easy to navigate and understand.
5. Improvements. Until now, I keep updating the website, implementing new sections and updating the content.

Results

1. Greater sales opportunities. Fusion had some big clients in negotiations, so having a website that served as a cover and sales letter helped close two big sales.
2. Brand’s perception. Because the company did not have a digital presence, now having a website that represented the company and its mission helped to obtain a much more professional and quality image in the minds of its clients.

Lessons learned

Fusion’s new website demonstrated the importance of focusing on brand perception in this new hard competitive era on technology.

This case study highlights how strategic approach to web design can have a positive impact on business outcomes and the promotion of company’s sustainability values.
